Peanut patch

So in a burst of holiday spirit we took ourselves off to visit the famous teak bridge outside Mandalay. And sure enough we managed to climb off it and down into a peanut farm. Well, just a field really, on a sandbank in the middle of the river. Lucky we had some experts with us…
Who would have thought that peanuts taste this good pulled straight from the ground? And they’re cute as anything!
But man, that soil is dry and sandy and could really use some feeding. And right alongside there are piles of squeezed out sugar cane from a juicing station. Just wish we could connect the dots and get it all back into the soil.
