Our days are an interesting mix of checking trash piles, meeting with people passionate about soil, plants, recycling and organic food, going to business meetings, meeting new people and arranging new projects. Here we’re at some fancy hotel about to join a Nordic networking meeting – you never know who you’ll meet and what ideas they might have.
Oh, and it seems the hotel itself might even be interested in bokashi, it would be perfect for their green profile and their garden.
