FarmBiz Myanmar! A very surprising urban farm in the posher of the Yangon suburbs. This is like a showcase for what can be done with an organic garden on a standard block of land. It’s a new farm and their idea is to inspire others, show what can be done, and create a base for new organic farms startup-style.
And their soil? A mix of sand and cow dung. No clay, no rice husk ashes. Looks pretty good actually. Oh, and they are making a great traditional pesticide with garlic, chili and ginger, I really want to try that! (Plus they have a bar and a cafe, nice😉)
How about bokashi? Good fit? We’re looking into how we can best cooperate together. We’re pretty serious and so are these guys, it will be interesting to see where it goes.
